You may wish to charge a fee for the service to generate revenue from assets outside your inventory. There are “Ebay Stores” in many major cities in the US that provide this service to people, charging 30% of the sale of the item. Even though this seems a bit high to us, it appears to be a business model that is working. Even if you charged a 5% to 10% fee, it could be substantial revenue that you are currently not enjoying.

More importantly, it gets you in front of a prospect for other business.
